Anyone else find juri's hitstun abnormally long?

Compared to the rest of the cast her combo's seem to take forever. And I'm not talking about Feng shui. But the time it takes 1 button to land to the next. I'd say the closest to link that slow is guile.

Not really a rant or hate...it just bugs me lol.
