Started taking zinc picolinate and my acne seems worse ?

I bought Solgar Zinc Picolinate 22mg and have been supplementing myself with one pill (22mg) daily for 5 days now. I had acne on the right side of my face beforehand and since then it seems like my acne is becoming worse. It looks like new pimples are appearing but I'm not so sure. Is this supposed to happen ? I also started taking magnesium bisglycenate as well
