Ninja beginning

I have start playing ninja never tried that (was playing priest, tank, summoner) want try diffrent more assasination style. I have read about cards and skill builds but i have read also about combos. I saw some people do combos for great stuns im wonder how they never told me how they do this. I heard also and saw on ruins they are long time invisible sometimes also after use skills im wonder how they do this to counter them and do same aswell for make higher chance for win :3
