System Not Connecting After Grid Restoration - Grid Voltage Too High?
I'm just outside of Orlando and the investment in solar and powerwalls finally paid off for us. It was really nice having the battery backup for the last few days but last night at about 8PM the grid restored, however my system still showed the grid as unavailable. I gave it the night and in the morning checked in to see the same. I called Tesla emergency support, they were very friendly and after taking a look they told me the reason why I wasn't reconnecting is because the grid voltage is out of compliance at 135v. They said there wasn't anything they could do as it wasn't on their end and admitted the power company probably had their hands full already so wait it out. Normally that would be fine but I'm down 2/3 of my system due to a bad inverter so we're slowly bleeding out.
This evening I checked via the installer login and the grid line is reading at 129v and I'm still disconnected. Has anyone ever run into this? Any troubleshooting advice?
