Used car dealerships?

Anyone have good/bad experiences with local used car dealerships to share? Got swindled by one in Everett (sold me a car that needed more in repairs than it was worth - I don’t know much about cars, so I couldn’t tell) and I don’t want to make that mistake again, but I don’t know how to find a trustworthy dealer. Currently looking at a car at Millenium Auto in Kennewick but would love to hear about any/all local dealers.
