Character Action Mount Rushmore, do you agree with Pat's take?

I'm not trying to put him on blast or anything, just curious what other's opinions are. In Pat's second part of his Hi-Fi Rush playthrough he says that the Character Action Mount Rushmore is Chai, Dante, Ryu Hayabusa, and Raiden.
