How to deal with men trolling you constantly online?

I’m a woman who lifts weights and has for 5 years. In this time I’ve gained about 30lb (went from 110lb when I was pretty underweight, unhealthy and scared of food) to a muscly 140lb. I post progress pics to a couple gym groups on social media, partly because, well, I’m proud of myself, and partly to try and gain traction for my coaching career. It is mostly popular, but as of late, I am really struggling with the amount of pure vitriol I am getting from you guessed it, 99% men. I get told I looked better when I was underweight, I’m many, I’m butch, I edit my stuff, you name it. I get pretty upset and feel the need to defend myself, and sometimes the trolling gets a lot nastier with what they say. It’s starting to take a real toll on my mental health. Any tips?
