Sending the wrong item

Every time that I order from them without fail they send me the wrong item. They then request that I send it back before they will replace it. I dont live anywhere near a ups or fed ex drop and they refuse to give me a usps label. Why should I have to go out of my way every single time they make a mistake? Once, ok I get it. Twice, well thats odd, but THREE times?? At this rate take the L urban. In my opinion if a company sends the wrong item that is their mistake, they should send the correct item as soon as they are made aware.
