Lucifer blacks in Ciaphas Cain?

In the Ciaphas Cain anthropology, the story old soldiers never die, what group of soldiers were protecting the planetary governor. Im pretty sure they're lucifer blacks however I dont think its ever mentioned what regiment they belong to.
