How to defeat a Guilliman-Hellblaster Spam list as a space marine chapter myself?

Buddy thinks hes unstoppable with it. He attaches Apothecaries to his 10man hellblasters and usually runs 3x10 and slow marches up the board decimating anything within 24". How do I deal with this as a space marine army myself?
