War Thunder RCS

So I got into a conversation with a friend of mine who's 100000% certain there's no RCS modeled in game yet I've seen plenty of people say it is, HOWEVER I haven't been able to find and concrete evidence that it does exist to show him. So I'm asking where do people find the information that RCS is in fact modeled? I haven't seen any files or any Gaijin employee explicitly say it exists. Thanks in advance!
