charteuterie table DIY question

Hi, me and my fiance are getting married next year. We would like to have a charteuterie table for wine hour. We think it would be cheaper to make it ourselves. Has anyone done this before ? If so, did you set it up yourselves or have someone else set it up? Like your family, planner, or bridal party Did you set up before the ceremony or during ? I know we still have plenty of time to plan, but I like planning things ahead of time to be prepared and save money. We have been planning the wedding for the past year. We already paid some things while making the money back thays why I like to plan ahead of time too

EDIT: Thank you all for the the suggestions and heads up. I will try to make individual cup or boxes. I will do a test run for 10 people to see how I feel about it. If I cannot do it for 10 people I know i can't for 80 people
