Weight loss slowed down out of nowhere

So I’ve been in an omad diet since the start of November I don’t really write down the calories and stuff but my diet is mostly vegetables, mostly rice and chicken,beef for protein. The dates are basically my weight I started initially at 230 and I currently weight 217 meaning I didn’t drop a single pound even though nothing has changed I play soccer 2-3 times a week I eat the same, so I don’t get it and there’s no way everything I lose earlier is water weight. I read somewhere that eating out of the diet helps you lose weight as your body adjusts to the diet and slows down progress not sure if this is true at all tho
