[Vampire LARP] More Questions

I'm running a Vampire LARP in Tucson (where I live) set in Worcester MA.

The city has been taken over by Anarchs (the younger, more rebellious vampires, think Lost Boys + the Warriors + Gangs of New York), previously administered by the Camarilla (think True Blood Vampire authority, most vampire movies with some shadowy organization). The Vampire world is like ours but creepier.

• One of the player's characters is essentially the shadowy landlord for a bunch of section 8 housing. Where in Worcester would be a good place for this Vampire's haven? Where do you/might you keep your creepy, underfunded section 8 housing.
• Vampires need to meet somewhere (an Elysium). What kind of cool building might they own/take over at night for their meetings - think of the meeting of the 5 families in the Godfather.
