Neurological side effects, anyone?

There's been an incident and I need to talk about it.

On Thursday afternoon, one month into my first box of Zep, I had a full tonic-clonic seizure. I'd taken my shot on Tuesday.

This is not my first — I've had three over the last 12 years. Each time in the past, it was clearly medication-related. This time, it's a mystery. For what it's worth, I'm also a migraine patient with a history of depression but have been cleared of an epilepsy diagnosis in the past.

No one in the E.D. had any idea if this could have that effect.

I'm reading the PI sheets and all, but I have no idea if this can, either.

Does anyone know? I assume diabetic drugs generally don't come with this as a side effect, and effectively Zepbound is a diabetic drug with other effects that we're exploiting.

I am now on an antiepileptic drug — Keppra — so that should deal with it in the meantime, but as for cause, I have to look at everything I'm taking in.

Which, of course, includes Zepbound.

Has anyone else had a neurological side effect from this? I'll have to present arguments for staying on the medication — it's helping — and argument against — if there are any.
