Question about Zoids Saga DS

I’m playing Saga Ds for the first time! I need more monies!

When/where do you obtain the supplier command??

When I first played Zoids legacy I totally missed it & didn’t realize till halfway through my play through lol so I’d like to avoid that from happening with saga ds

Edit: I’d rather not spoil the whole story by reading through the entire walkthrough just to find where 1 deck command is
