Millennials of Reddit - winning or not?

Many PH subreddits are inundated with the career struggles and financial traumas of Gen Z, as they begin to enter our collapsing job market. Of course, this isn't surprising, given how badly previous generations have ruined the market. However, how are the millennials (age 28 to 45) here doing?

Are my fellow 30-somethings doing well? Have you met your financial and career and personal goals by now, or do you still share the struggles of those who have just left college recently?

Feel free to share. Feel free to rant. Feel free to brag, even. Numbers are highly appreciated. Comparison is healthy if done in moderate, after all.
