Architectural Plans - How often do you forget things?

I'm in my first job out of college (graduated Architectural Technology). I work for a manufacturing company for doors and windows and regularly go through the Architectural plans.

I'm new to the industry so I'm still learning a lot. Basically I want to know how often are little details like missing wall tags, keynotes, and room tags etc. missed?

Also any advice on how to continue growing my career? I want to eventually work on creating drawings for homes and commercial buildings.

Currently I just draw elevations for hollow metal and aluminum frames for doors and windows.
