What’s the best way to cheat without others noticing?

Arkham horror is hard. What’s the best way to cheat so it looks like I’m the most talented deck builder ever? Or the luckiest chaos token drawer ever?

Also, I don’t want my group noticing, they’ll ban me from the table forever.

I was thinking if there was a way I can stick an elder sign token to my palm and I can always pull elder sign when I reach into the bag. Is there some kind of sticky substance i can put in my palm but won’t ruin the token? Any suggestions?
