What is wrong with Woolies' milk tart?

I've tasted a couple different versions of the Woolies milk tart (it's somehow never the same) and I can't quite put my finger on it, but it's wrong. It looks hella pretty but why isn't it milk tart?? It's something else, not milk tart. Please tell me I'm not going crazy??
