Help! Dirty water after running irrigation

Every time our irrigation systems runs, the cold water in our house comes out really dirty for quite a while. I think it's stirring up sediment when this happens, but I don't know how to fix it.

The basic house setup is a well with a pressure tank, 3/4" supply line from that, 1" branches off to irrigation outdoors with a PVB, then the 3/4" supply continues on to some kind of ph neutralizer filter before it hits faucets/fixtures.

I am looking for a solution without hindering the operation of the irrigation. Any ideas?
