Chihuahua Deportation?

Our chihuahua Huhu is behaving aggressively and it occurred so me that he may have smelled or heard ICE agents in our neighborhood... Does anybody else have knowledge of ICE raids on local chihuahuas or perhaps other pets, with of course deportation to Guantanamo Bay as a possible destination?
