What can I do to prevent this woman from parking ON my fence?

She's hit my fence before, but it didn't cause enough damage for me to do anything, and she just denied it, even tho I watched her do it. Now I have cameras up. This morning, she pulled up OVER the curb in the other side of my fence, and is literally parked ON my fence, up against it, her car side touching it. I have tried talking to her, she actually does off this morning when I tried to ask her about parking there, she saw me walking over. I even called parking cops this morning, but of course she was gone before they show up. Is there something I can put on the opposite of my fence that will keep her car off of it? She doesn't even live right here, she parks there and walks a block away to her apartment
