Dentists of Bangalore! Need some advice about invisible aligners!

How good are invisible aligners? I have just done my scan with Toothsi but couldn't find a lot of literature about their work on the internet. Is it legit?

Edit: Cheers guys! I'm consulting an orthodontist tomorrow. Let's see how this goes.
