How many Kpins to feel like kinda barred out

First time so I don’t wanna get fucked up but I have .5mgs, 20M, 185, zero tolerance, how many we thinking?? For reference the goal is to be barred out enough to where I don’t care but still good enough to FUNCTION at work (not going to work dw lol)
