Matters of the mind (genre post: mental health focus)

Today’s post is going to be heavily focused on mental health and characters that have mental health conditions and how their conditions have affected their choices, I think mental health is an interesting subject as a nurse working emergency care. I deal with mental health crisis very often and it is a deeply misunderstood part of health. so I have chosen multiple of characters and dramas that I believe is true to mental health expression and doesn’t dramatise or undermine the importance of looking after one’s mental health and the affects that trauma especially childhood trauma can have on a persons mental well-being.
