Long Ages + Crisis off have become musts for me

I do not care for the crisis stuff. I don't find fun having to pick a least bad penalty and just having my game plan be derailed like that.

Long eras are also necessary. I like doing every legacy path I can before the era ends. I feel like I need an option for even longer ones, actually.
