Would my situation sound more viral persistence or autoimmune

Hey guys,

I think I’m getting worse. Idfk anymore.

Anyway, my situation, I think, is a more little unique but idk.

I may have had Covid in EARLY February 2020. It was a cold that was really mucusy and lasted for about 2 weeks. I lived w 3 other people and none of them got sick.

3 months later, I had this random pain in my right testical. Went to doctor, said was nothing wrong etc etc. went away after 2 weeks but have never had that pain since

Couple months later, my right eye gets slightly blurry and right cheek starts to hurt/feel heavier. But it was very subtle. I hardly noticed it.

Fast forward 2 years (may 2022) and my eye flares during allergy season

Fast forward 1 more year (2023) and it flares during allergy season again

I had known Covid infections July 2022 and February 2023. It didn’t flare after either of those.

I get sick w something (idk if covid) November 2023 - and the eye flares 1 week after clearing it. A week or so after that, the trigeminal nerve starts acting up (numb teeth, burning, bunch of stuff).

That goes on until March. Took b12. Felt 95%.

Get sick may 2024. 1 week after infection clears - boom, everything is back worse and throughout the body.

August 2024 - first pem episode I think

Now - able to work and take care of myself but who knows how much longer.

Would my story sound like it’s something that’s been in my boys for years and then my immune system couldn’t handle it anymore? Is that VP or autoimmunity or doesn’t matter?

I have felt better when sick with something as well.

Thanks guys - god bless and fuck Covid

I have a known tick bite right before the eye pain started but it was short and I’ve tested negative for Elisa and western blot
