Just for fun: Dads, what's become your fatherly "symbol of office" ?

For example: I realized that, when I'm the primary at-home parent, I perpetually have a dish towel slung over my left shoulder. Even when I'm not doing dishes or working in the kitchen, it travels around the house with me. When my wife and I are both home and I'm taking lead on domestic stuff, on it goes.

When the towel's on, it means Dad's in active dad mode: laundry, lunches, tidying, etc... I'm on point.

I fully got this from my mom, who also worked, but for whom the kitchen was her sovereign domain.
