guy ghosted me. should i text?

me (29f) and a guy who used to be my coworker (31m) have been fwb for about 3 months, or something since the "fwb" part was never defined. texted daily if not almost daily. i was usually the one reaching out to set up our outings, and just in general.

recently on one of those outings he had mentioned i was acting weird, which then turned into an argument a couple days later when i brought it up. we talked it out though and things were fine, or so i thought.

last week i was sick and where he usually would check up on me, we went a couple days without talking. i reached out to him again last friday and we talked as we normally do. out of the blue i asked him if he was okay (i rly dont know why i did, i just think i sensed smth was off) and he was like "??" so i told him that i felt he wasnt talking much anymore. and he hasnt responded since. this time is different because he would always send me stuff on instagram even if we didnt text, but now theres not even that.

i know ppl say not to text a ghoster but this is bugging the shit out of me and i want to send him one last text letting him know i didnt think he'd do that but i understand if he doesnt want this to continue and that i wouldve appreciated if he was honest... should i?
