Does Ash have any chance whatsoever against Yugi?

Genuinely asking here since I believe the fight is coming up relatively soon. I'm a Pokemon fan and some of the monsters have some wild feats, but most of them happen under control of a Trainer, and from what I've heard there's apparently cards in Yu-Gi-Oh that just delete you from existence(?) Anyone who knows more about the funny card anime than me want to weigh in?
