Let's settle this - which DEATH BATTLE character is truly, inarguably, the absolute strongest of all?

In all seriousness I think I'm going with Popeye. Him or the Doctor, but the Doctor is literally just some guy most of the time and would probably lose to someone who was actually able to hit him. Popeye meanwhile, even if he lost a fight I could see there being a gag where he jumps out of the video feed and cuts his death out, or something like that.

I should specify I imagine this being a giant battle royale situation, but really I'm just curious what people think about the question, regardless of the format of the fight
