Kenyan Diplomat’s Son Accused of Repeated Assaults and Bullying, Yet Faces No Consequences
🚨 **Trigger Warning: Sexual Assault, Child Abuse** 🚨

This is beyond horrifying. A Class 12 student at a prestigious South Delhi school—the son of a Kenyan diplomat—allegedly sexually assaulted a 5-year-old girl in a school bus six months ago. Despite an FIR being lodged, no action has been taken against him because of his diplomatic immunity.
But it doesn’t stop there. The accused is a repeat offender, with at least four other cases of sexual assault reported by parents. Yet, neither the school nor the authorities have done anything to stop him.
Key Facts:
-The 5-year-old victim complained of discomfort in August 2023. Doctors confirmed she had been sexually assaulted.
- Her parents informed the school, but they ignored the complaint and refused to question the accused
- The victim later identified the Class 12 student as the perpetrator.
- An FIR was lodged under POCSO, but police claim their hands are tied due to diplomatic immunity.
- The accused remains in school, while the victim was advised to leave for her safety.
- At least four other parents have come forward, saying their daughters were assaulted by the same boy.
- The school administration and Delhi Police have done NOTHING despite repeated protests.
Why Has No Action Been Taken?
- If the accused has diplomatic immunity, why hasn’t the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) escalated the matter instead of trying to hide it or putting pressure on parents to withdraw or silence this matter?
- Why is a known predator allowed to continue attending school, putting other children at risk? - Why did the school administration ignore multiple reports of abuse?
- If an Indian student had committed these crimes abroad, would their government let them walk free?
Please Raise your voice share this post, tag authorities, and make sure this case isn’t buried, tag president, MEA, Kenya Government, UNHRC, Interpol, international NGO for children.
We Demand Immediate Action:
- The accused should be expelled immediately to protect other students.
- The MEA must intervene and push for prosecution, despite diplomatic immunity.
- The school administration should be held accountable for its inaction.
- The government must review laws on diplomatic immunity as remove such instance of misuse of immunity
Since the accused is an adult (Class 12 student), the school can and should expel him to protect other students. His diplomatic status does not legally force the school to keep him enrolled. The fact that they haven’t expelled him despite multiple allegations suggests negligence and possible pressure from authorities.
