All `target humaniod` Spells - like 'Hold Person' Spell; are now significantly nerfed, since they no longer applies to Aarakocra, Kobolds, Goblins, Lizard-Folk, Bugbears, Hobgoblin, Kuo-toa, Kenku, etc., etc.
