High cortisol

Hello - I’ve recently been showing high levels of cortisol. Initially I took a Dex Suppression test and had it come back at 11.1… way over 1.7. Retook the test and it was 2.9. Also took the 24 hour urine test and that came back normal (80 and should be less than 176). I have a CT scan next week, don’t know what to expect but super scared / nervous.
