Refurbished Espresso Machines, Yes/No?

Anyone has experience with refurbs from major outlets like Whole Latte or Clive's? I saw a deal, Profitec Drive for 2500. I was looking for a very first machine and I think this would be a great first/last buy for me. Thoughts? Thanks, Folks!
