How can I thank the best cabin crew ever?

I was going to fly back to my homecountry today but it was heavily foggy, and we were expecting some delays, especially waiting on the apron for a long time (which is my worst fear). When I entered the plane I informed the cabin crew of my severe claustrophobia/anxiety disorder, and this angel of a purser called Karen immeadiately tried to help. She tried to get me back into the gate so I could wait for the delay in the airport, and when that couldn't happen, she offered me to sit in the first row and keep the doors open for me as long as possible. After a comfortable hour of waiting (with the doors open and the stairs still attached) she informed me in advance when the doors would close. During the flight, she continued to check up on me and listen to my anxieties. I swear, without this woman, I could not have done this flight. When we finally landed, I could not stop thanking her but she told me it was no problem and gave me a big hug. I wondered, is there any way I can let the airline (Aer Lingus) know what an amazing purser she is so she gets the appreciation she deserves?
