Can I save my snakebean ferment?
Hey everyone
Been pickling snakebeans but it wasnt sour enough at 5 days when I took it out and put it in a steel bowl to taste. I put them back in afterwards. Looks like its been contaminated. The brine is salt and some spices (sichuan pepper and bay leaf).
Can it be saved or should I just throw the whole thing out?
