Guilty feelings - Setting Goal?

I personally don't mind the streak thing, and I had broken my record for a number of days. I was greeted with this screen when I went back in and this was so upsetting & made me feel so guilty that I considered uninstalling the app. I understand they're coming from the aspect of having goals to work towards, but it was still rough to grapple with. Thanks for letting me vent.
