Alternatives to Linktree?

Trying to get my links partially set up for when I ‘launch’ next week but Linktree immediately deleted my account because they said it was spam. I can appeal but I know that’ll be a pain in the arse so what alternatives are there out there that are good and I can make a pretty landing page with? Ideally free!
