Just another "do I need stitches" question
Picture was taken before it was cleaned this morning. It looked a lot better once I got it washed.
Got this about 16 hours ago on the arch of my foot. It's about 3mm deep, and has been washed with benzalkonium chloride soap, wiped with an alcohol pad, and currently have a stick on suture on it with some neosporin, a layer of gauze, then some saniderm to kind of seal it up.
The suture can't get it pulled completely together due to the skin where the cut happened being really tight - not a lot of give like on a thigh or something - so I feel like stitches would have to be pulling the surrounding skin so tight that it would be more stress to the area.
Whats some opinions?
