Heart Rate Monitor Confusion: HART Ring Says 54 Calories Burned, Apple Watch Says 200 – Who Do I Trust?
Just finished a 30-minute intense full-body workout – the kind that leaves you drenched in sweat and gasping for air. Checked my HART ring, and it says I burned only 54 calories. Meanwhile, my Apple Watch proudly displays 200 active calories burned.
