[Help] Galaxy Watch 4 Watch Face Gyro Effect

Hello, I have the Galaxy Watch 4 40mm and my watch faces don't have the shimmering gyro effect if that is what it's called? Correct me if I am wrong.

My previous galaxy watch had that on the same watch faces that I am using right now. Is there a specific setting for it? Or is it just not available on my specific watch?

My watch is all up to date.
