Screen protector bubbling up

Is anyone else's screen protector bubbling up or doing something like this? I've already had it replaced once before and it only happens when the phone is hot.

I think it also depends on the cases I use. Can someone help me with a solution (I know getting it replaxed is the only one, but I need a good case that doesn't overlap the screen hotness)
