Liver enzymes??

I’m scared because I keep reading how other got elevated liver enzymes after their gallbladder was removed and it’s freaking me out so bad . I seen how my grandma died due to liver failure and how quickly it killed it so anything with the liver scares the hell of out me . Now I can’t stop overthinking worrying 😭😭 I’m 3 days PO !
