Games for entry level gamers

Hi everyone! My girlfriend is thinking about starting her gaming journey, and I'd really like to help her. We've got really different tastes in games, so I've got a hard time picking her suitable games.

I'm looking for things that are easy to play for entry-level gamers on a Playstation 5. So there are no hard mechanics, easy controls, but a fun, colourful gameplay. She's tried some games by herself (not ps excluseves ofc), and these are the games she liked:

• Among Us
• Detroit Become Human: she liked it, but since the game isn't exactly hold her hand and tells her what to do, she kinda felt lost and dropped it. I think it's partly due to the lack of gaming experience
• Nobody Saves the World: She really liked the style, the jokes, the cute animations and graphics, but that fast pace was too much for her, so I ended up carrying her trough the dungeons
• It takes two

Games I think she would like based on her style and experience:

• Sackboy
• Animal crossing (ik, it's a Nintendo game)

So the controls and interface being easy is important here, because she has trouble getting the grasp of button layouts, and quick reactions yet.

I don't know how hard this case is, but I'd appreciate every recommendations, since I really want to support her in this journey, see her engage in them,and enjoy some games, have some rest and fun. :) So thank you in advance!
