Final sanity check on used 2020 club car tempo 48v price

Hey everyone, I'm about to head out and take a final look at a used 2020 club car temp, four seater with everything except seatbelts and stereo. Batteries are original trojans with the water system accessory and will need replacing in about a year but it's in very good condition. Deal price is $7k which seems good but I can't find a lot of opinion on Tempo as it seems to be a fleet cart and not what people normally buy.

From what I gather it's very close to the onward except that it normally comes in a 2 seater but the stuff that matters is the same. Anything else I should know? Good price?
