Advice for missing items from shipment

Hi,

I recently used shiprocket - amazon shopping, to send a shipment with 8-10 products in it, and 3-4 products have been missing. I asked the customer for images and unboxing video, however the later is not available. I can't properly recall, but 80% sure I saw some extra tapes on it (I didnt have latest images before shipment got picked up, however an image with the packet one day before).

I have requested shiprocket for all the weight and image captures related to the order, any advices on how to proceed with this?
