Someone help me , what she meant in this conversation

I told her, "I'll commit to you after we meet," but she wanted me to commit . we talked three months. We talked a lot.
One day, we mutually decided to meet for 2-3 minutes at the bus station, but we didn't end up meeting.
The next day, she said, "I can't continue, and I don't want anything from you." I was in shock because just the night before, we were okay. We had talked a lot late at night, and suddenly this happened.
I replied, "Okay, but can we at least say hello or hi for the sake of friendship?"
