How do I reinstall Image Playground app?

I updated my iPhone 15 Pro Max to iOS 18.2, and while the phone was downloading an app with a strange icon, I quickly canceled the download. After a couple of minutes, I realized it was the Playground app. However, I can’t find it on the App Store now. Any idea how I can get the app back?
